Pomeroy Pacific Secures Off-Market Maidstone Super-Site

Pomeroy Pacific successfully negotiated on behalf of its Client, the off-market acquisition for a 4.1 hectare Maidstone super-site. The acquisition is based on the imminent ministerial rezoning which will allow a mixed-use village comprising of townhouses, apartments and lower level retail.

Pomeroy Pacific CEO Mark Pomeroy was quoted in The Age (refer link below) advising that his Developer Clients are currently looking to Melbourne’s suburbs as part of a strategy to seek “geographic and sector diversity”.
