With housing affordability a hot topic in both State and Federal politics, Melbourne’s greenfield sites are finding high favour for first home buyers and families generally who are looking to gain entry into the property market. Furthermore, effective from 1 July, the Victorian Government has incentivised first home buyers to enter the market with a new raft of stamp duty exemptions and concessions.
